CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY 

To maintain the beauty and quality of your Ella Rose pieces, we recommend following these essential care instructions:

KEEP DRY

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or engaging in activities involving water. Exposure to moisture can dull metals and compromise the integrity of delicate elements like crystals and pearls.

AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS

Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and household cleaners. These substances can cause discoloration and damage the finish of your cherished pieces.

PROPER STORAGE

When not in use, store your jewellery in its Ella Rose pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To avoid scratches or tangling, keep each piece separate from others.

GENTLE CLEANING

After wearing your jewellery, lightly polish each piece with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any oils, dirt, or residue that could diminish its natural shine.

HANDLE WITH CARE

Treat your jewellery with a gentle touch to avoid bending or damaging delicate details. Always remove your pieces before engaging in physical activities or sports to prevent accidental wear or breakage.

MATERIALS & FINISHES

Each Ella Rose piece is crafted with care and is completely nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

We use a minimum of 1 micron thick 18k gold plating, finished with a protective topcoat to enhance durability. Earring posts are made from stainless steel to minimize irritation for delicate ears.
