Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings.
Items purchased using promotional discount codes or during sales are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return. Please ensure you choose carefully (This policy does not include our welcome code).
We offer exchanges, and issue credit notes for unworn, unused, and undamaged items purchased at full price.
Your return must include the pouch provided. Please note that if the pouch is missing, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Eligible orders must be shipped back within 7 days of your received delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international orders. Orders rejected upon delivery due to non-payment of these fees will not be eligible for refund.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Request a return ID number within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@ellarose.com.au. Once you have your return ID number, complete the return form included with your order. Ensure the parcel contains the original invoice, the return form and the gift box/pouch.

Credit Notes:
- If you opt for a credit note instead of an exchange, it will be sent to you via email once we've received and inspected the returned item.
- Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any item on our website, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a return shipping method with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your returned order, upon inspection, if approved we will refund, credit or exchange your order less all shipping fees.
